Last Week:
The men's team had a chance to participate in the Wolverine Invitational hosted by Utah Valley State College. The Utes placed third overall. Junior Lance Richards was the top finisher for Utah placing fourth overall and shooting a one-over-par with a two day total of 145.
This Week:
The Utes are sending senior Jon Morgan, sophomore Brock Padilla, sophomore Shawn Edwards and junior Greg Oliphant to compete in this tournament. Jon Morgan is looking to defend his title, after winning this tournament last year. The Utes took third place as a team, one of their highest finishes last year. "The way we have been playing, we are planning on going down there and finishing very high," said Head Coach Wayne Fisher.
