MWC Academic All-Conference Cross Country Team Announced

The Mountain West Conference announced its Academic All-Conference team for women's and men's cross country. Five women and four men from Utah were named to the team. Honorees must have completed at least one academic term at the U., maintained a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better and be a significant contributor on the team. The athletes named from Utah are:
Trina Bateman, freshman, 3.57, exercise and sports science, Kim Eldredge, sophomore, 3.94, undeclared, Johanna Nielsen, senior, 3.17, accounting, Jennifer Osguthorpe, freshman, 3.32, pre-physical therapy, Julie Osguthorpe, freshman, 3.65, exercise and sports science, Travis Hildebrand, senior, 3.22, exercise and sports science, Teren Jameson, junior, 4.00, electrical engineering, Chris Merkley, senior, 3.20, computer science, Adam Stark, junior, 3.52, business
