QUOTING COACH WAYNE FISHER: "We look forward to competing in the conference championship. Knowing how strong the competition is in the Mountain West, we will have to play some our best golf of the year to be competitive. Our spring results have been led by Luke Swilor and Ashdon Woods. Their individual performances have carried the team to some solid finishes. I look for senior Paul Winterowd to step up and compete at the level he is capable of. Nick Summers and Bruce Summerhays will add to the team depth by giving us some needed consistency at the fourth and fifth spots. We expect to finish the year on a good note by playing solid and hopefully eliminating the big mistakes, which seem to have plagued us throughout the entire season."
