THIS WEEK:
The University of Utah outdoor track & field teams will head back to Provo, Utah to compete in the BYU Clarence Robinson Invitational. The meet will begin on Fri., May 3 and last until Sat., May 4. This will be the second outdoor track meet held in Provo the Utes has competed in this year. The Utes have had a successful year under new coaching and will look to have a strong showing at the Clarence Robinson Invitational.
LAST MEET:
The University of Utah outdoor track & field team dominated the Idaho State Spring Fever Festival. The meet began on Thur., Apr. 25 and ended on Sat., Apr. 27. The Utes took two events. Next for Utah is the BYU Clarence Robinson Invitational in Provo, Utah. The meet will begin on Fri., May 3 and last until Sat., May 4.
Audrey Kiser placed second (46-00.25) in the shot put. Erianne Allen placed third (124-04.00) in the javelin throw and fourth (1:02.39) in the 400-meter hurdles. Zuzana Sarikova finished first (4:50.70) in the 1500-meter run and first (18:38.01) in the 5000-meter run.
AFTER THIS:
The University of Utah outdoor track & field teams will travel back Provo for the Utah Collegiate Classic on Wed., May 8. Afterwards, Utah will compete in the Mountain West Conference Championships in Colorado, Springs Colo. The meet will start on Wed., May 15 and last until Sat., May 18.
