PROVO, Utah - The University of Utah men's golf team completed the final round of the Cougar Classic on Saturday, the Utes finished with a team score of three-over-par, 867 (283-289-295) good enough for fourth place overall. Utah finished 10-strokes back of the winner Colorado State.
Ute Luke Swilor led the way with a one-under, 215 (68-74-73) finishing in seventh. Ashdon Woods finished in 12th with a three-over, 219 (73-72-74), Garrett Clegg and Steve Newren each added a four-over, 220 tying for 15th and Casey Fowles shot a 10-over, 226.
Next up for Utah is the Mountain West Conference Championships on May 1-3.
