SALT LAKE CITY -
The fifth-annual Ute Fan Fest will be held in Rice-Eccles Stadium this Saturday from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Student-athletes and coaches from all 19 Ute athletic teams will participate in the Fan Fest, which is free and open to the public and is being sponsored by the Deseret Morning News, Ken Garff Auto Dealerships and Hogi Yogi.
Fans can have their pictures taken with the student-athletes from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., courtesy of Inkley's. The Fan Fest will also include demonstrations, coaching tips and competitions, autographs, prize drawings, food, drinks and entertainment by the U. pep band, cheerleaders and Crimson Line. Fans will also get a chance to check out the Olympic Cauldron Park and Salt Lake 2002 Visitors Center.
