This Week:
The University of Utah men's golf team travels to Brighton, Colo., to compete in the Ron Moore Intercollegiate Sept. 27-28 hosted by the University of Denver. The Utes will play two rounds on Monday and one round on Tuesday at the 72-par Riverdale Dunes Golf Club.
Falcon Invitational and Northwest Collegiate Classic Recap:
The University of Utah men's golf finished tied for fourth at the Gene Miranda Falcon Invitational with a score of 293. The Utes finished the tournament 30-over par (882).
The Utes then traveled to Corvallis, Ore., and finished 12th at the Northwest Collegiate Classic, hosted by the Oregon State Beavers, at the 72-par Trysting Tree Golf Course. Utah shot a 302 (+18) in the final round, their worst round of the tournament, to slip from eighth to 12th place.
