Utah Rewind Utah opened the season last week at Santa Clara University. The Broncos swept all three games from the Utes, winning 5-4, 5-3 and 6-3.
Utah was ahead in both of the first two games and had chances late in both contests. In game three, Santa Clara jumped on top 6-0, before Utah could light the scoreboard.
Utah had two on and two out in the top of the ninth in game one of the series. The Utes had the bases loaded in game two. In game three, Utah scored two runs in the ninth, but it wasn't enough.
Mozeleski's Momentum Junior outfielder Joe Mozeleski had an outstanding start to his Utah career. The transfer from Golden West Community College was 6-for-12 at the plate in his first three games in a Ute uniform.
In addition to his six hits, Mozeleski delivered one RBI, batting primarily in the cleanup spot. He batted sixth in game one and moved to the four-hole in games two and three last week.

The Pullman, Wash. native is picking up right where he left off. Batting in the three-hole, he was 5-for-12 (.417) against Santa Clara last weekend.
Brossman had one of Utah's four extra base hits, a double. He also scored two runs over the weekend.
