EL CAJON, Calif. - The duo of Nick Carter and Dustin Pimm continues to lead the University of Utah. Carter fired rounds of 76 and 75 to end Monday tied for 15th. Pimm wasn't far behind, recording rounds of 74 and 79 to finish at nine-over-par and tied for 28th place. Steve Broker also finished in the top 50 after rounds of 79 and 76 left him tied for 47th place. Nick Paez of UC Riverside leads all golfers at even par.
The Utes occupy ninth place after opening rounds of 308 and 305 left them at 37-over-par. Tournament host San Diego State leads the tournament at 18-over-par.
