Dustin Pimm turns in top-10 finish in San Diego

RANCHO SANTA FE, Calif. -- Dustin Pimm led the Utes with a top-10 finish Tuesday at the Farms Collegiate, hosted by the University of San Diego. Pimm fired a two-under 70 to finish tied for eighth place. Wichita State's Justin Garza took medalist honors at six-under-par.

The team saved its best round for last. After posting scores of 313 and 297 Monday, the Utes capped the tournament with a 291, their lowest round of the tournament, to finish tied for 10th place. Wichita State took home the team title at 11-under-par.
