SALT LAKE CITY - The University of Utah men's tennis team (7-15, 2-4 MWC) prepares for the Mountain West Conference tournament in Las Vegas, Nev. at the Frank and Vicki Fertitta Tennis Complex on the UNLV campus April 28-May 1.
The Utes enter the tournament as the No. 5 seed. Utah will see the No. 4 seed TCU (9-12, 3-3 MWC) in the quarterfinal round Wednesday, April 28 at 2 p.m. PT. Earlier this season the Utes fell to the Horned Frogs, 4-3, in a close match in Fort Worth, Texas.
The winner of the TCU/Utah match will advance to the semifinal round and play the No. 1 seed BYU Friday at 10 a.m. PT. The Championship match will take place Saturday at 10 a.m. PT.
