INDIANAPOLIS--
The NCAA Women's Gymnastics Committee has selected the University of Utah as a host site for a 2012 NCAA Gymnastics Regional, the NCAA office announced today.
Institutions selected to host the 2012 women's gymnastics regionals were Utah, Washington, Arkansas, Illinois, North Carolina State and Auburn.
It will mark the 12th time that Utah has hosted an NCAA Women's Gymnastics Regional. The Utes also hosted in 1984, 1986, 1989, 1990, 1992, 1996, 1997, 2001, 2003, 2005 and 2010. Utah has won 10 of the regionals it has hosted to date, finishing second to Florida two months ago.
