2011 Utah Gymnastics Fan Guide
The NCAA Women's Gymnastics Committee announced 2012 and 2013 NCAA regional championship sites today and the University of Utah will serve as one of six host sites for the April 7, 2012 event. The other hosts are Auburn, Illinois, Arkansas, North Carolina State and Washington.
Utah, which is currently preparing for the upcoming 2011 NCAA Regional competition in Norman, Okla., on Saturday, April 2, has hosted 11 previous NCAA regionals, most recently in 2010.
The regional meet is one of two major gymnastics championships on tap for the 2012 Utes, who will also host the inaugural Pac-12 Championship on Mar. 24, 2012. Utah is one of eight Pac-12 schools that sponsor gymnastics. The others are Arizona, Arizona State, California, Oregon State, Stanford, UCLA and Washington.
