SALT LAKE CITY - The Utah golf team travels to Pullman, Wash., for the 2015 Pac-12 Men's Golf Championships Monday April 27 through Wednesday April 29, 2015. The tournament, hosted by Washington State University, will be held at the Palouse Ridge Golf Club. Live scoring will be available via golfstat.com.
The Course
The 2015 Pac-12 Men's Golf Championships will be hosted at Washington State University's par 7-, 7,257-yard Palouse Ridge Golf Club in Pullman, Wash. The bold, dramatic layout, patterned after the classic courses of Scotland, has the aspects of an inland links. Home of the WSU Cougar men's and women's golf teams, Palouse Ridge was specifically designed to test the best collegiate golfers in the country. The course has previously hosted events, including the Washington State Men's Amateur, the U.S. Public Links Qualifying, the U.S. Amateur Qualifying, the 2012 Pac-12 Women's Championships, and the 2013 NCAA Men's Division I Regional. Format
Each Pac-12 institution will have six student-athletes competing in the tournament. The five players with the lowest scores for any 18-hole round shall constitute the scoring members of the team for that round. Teams will play four rounds (72 holes) over three days to compete for team and individual honors. Competitors will be grouped in threesomes to ensure competition is completed on time.
The Field
Utah will contend with stiff competition as six Pac-12 teams rank in the top 20 nationally, led by fifth-ranked Arizona State. The Sun Devils are also joined in the rankings by defending Pac-12 Champions No. 9 Stanford, No. 13 Oregon, No. 14 UCLA, No. 15 Washington and No. 17 USC. The Utes will also compete against Arizona, California, Colorado, Oregon State and host Washington State.

The Pac-12 Networks will air a one-hour special, recapping the 2015 Pac-12 Men's Golf Cham¬pionships, Sunday, May 10 at 11 a.m. PT.
Last Time at the Pac-12 Championships
Utah golf wrapped up play at the 2014 Pac-12 Championships in 12th place with a score of 1561.
Benjamin Bankhead notched the best round of the three-day event for the Utes, while Casey Halliday matched his score from Friday with a 77 to bookend the tournament with his two lowest rounds. Jonathon Thomas and Brent Pollock each finished in the 80's during the final round but placed third and fourth respectively for the Utes. Jack Maerki had three birdies and finished one stroke off his best round of the tournament with a 7-over 79. Daniel Engle had four birdies, three over the back nine and finished with his best round of the tournament (78,+6).
Stanford's Patrick Rodgers, the No. 1-ranked player in the nation, won the individual title by two strokes over Washington's Cheng-Tsung Pan, who was ranked No. 37. Cameron Wilson of the Cardinal, the second-ranked player in the nation finished third while Washington State's Blake Snyder, Cal's Joel Stalter (No. 13) and USC's Eric Sugimoto finished in a three-way tie for fourth.
No. 3 Stanford also claimed the team title by 15 strokes over No. 10 Washington. The Huskies leapfrogged No. 4 Cal, who finished third ahead of Colorado and No. 20 USC.
