PULLMAN, Wash. - The Utah golf team wrapped up its season Wednesday during the final day of the 2015 Pac-12 Men's Golf Championships at Palouse Ridge Golf Club. Junior Max McGrail was the top finishing Ute.
McGrail went 14 over par for a four-round total of 294 (78-74-71-71) to tie for 44th. Junior Brandon Kida was the next Ute to finish with a 300 (76-74-75-75) to tie for 59th. In 63rd place was junior Jonathon Thomas with a 304 (74-79-76-75), followed closely by senior Jack Maerki in 64th with a score of 305 (74-75-78-78). Junior Steven Croft swung a 312 (80-74-82-76) to place 67th and junior Brent Pollock placed 70th with a mark of 340 (80-83-93-84).
Stanford claimed its second-consecutive Pac-12 title with a four-under-par 1396 with the help of Cardinal Maverick McNealy, who finished with an 18-under 262 to nab the individual championship title.
