Lineups Announced for Red Rocks Preview

Intra-squad meet is tonight at 7 p.m.

SALT LAKE CITY—Utah gymnastics fans can get a sneak peak of the 2017 Utes tonight at the Red Rocks Preview. The meet starts at 7 p.m. in the Huntsman Center and admission and parking are free. All seating at the preview is general admission and the doors will open at 5:30 p.m.

Tonight's Red Rocks Preview is historical in that it will be nationally televised on Pac-12 Network. It marks the first time the network has televised an intra-squad meet other than football and men's basketball.

The first 2,500 spectators in the doors will receive a pack of Utah gymnastics trading cards and the 2017 team poster. The gymnasts will sign the posters after the meet. The Kid Zone at portal 6 opens at 5:30 p.m. and will feature Santa and Mrs. Claus, a poster-making station, face painting, a balloon artist and more. After the meet, the team will stick around and sign autographs.

Season seats available for purchase will be marked with white balloons. Fans may purchase season tickets at the ticket office by portal 23.

The non-scoring meet will feature a new made-for-TV format with eight gymnasts competing on each event. On vault and beam, two gymnasts will compete during the commercial break. The meet will run one event at a time.
