We're 40 days away from the start of our inaugural season and we continue to count down the days with No. 40 Aaron Fjeldsted from Alpine, Utah, a team captain who has played two seasons with the club team.
What is your favorite lacrosse memory?
My favorite lacrosse memory would have to be playing with my brothers, the Stout brothers, and our friends in the back yard. We would shoot on each other and have a great time!
What is your favorite sport besides lacrosse?
I love playing any racket sport. Ping pong, tennis, badminton are all very enjoyable.
What do you like to do in your free time?
In my free time I enjoy kicking my feet up and watching Parks and Rec.
Why did you choose Utah? What is the best thing about Utah?
I chose Utah for its great civil engineering program, the opportunity to play Division I lacrosse in my home state, and to learn from some of the best coaches / teammates in the game right now.

My favorite thing about Salt Lake City is the fact that we are surrounded by mountains. I love going for hikes, or even just looking at the beauty of the mountains from afar. We are truly lucky to have them here.
What are your goals for this year?
I really hope to strengthen my GPA this year, gain a little weight, and some endurance as well. I also hope to be a better teammate this year.
What are your pregame superstitions?
Some people will listen to some hard core rap / metal before games, but I've found the most success listening to calming music, and visualizing the game being played out in my mind. Especially visualizing my response to adversity.
What is your major and what do you want to do after you graduate?
My major is civil engineering and after I graduate I hope to get a masters degree in structural engineering and design buildings, bridges, dams, etc.

Norway

What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?
It's hard to feel sorry for yourself when you are uplifting others.
