Q: How did your interest in softball begin?
I started playing at six years old and loved the energy and competitiveness
Q: What is your favorite part about playing softball?
Getting to do something I love with friends and against friends. I love to win too
Q: What made you choose Utah?
My dream was to play in the Pac-12
Q: What are some of your favorite things to do outside of playing softball?
Watch movies and be with my family
Q: What is the best piece of advice you have received?
Figure it out
Q: Who is your biggest influence in life and why?
My dad, because he is the one who pushed and motivated me to be great at something I have a passion for
Q: What do you think are some keys to success when it comes to being a college athlete?
Managing your priorities and always having a plan every day
Q: If you could play and go pro in any other sport, what would it be and why?
Soccer, because I have always love the game. I just loved softball slightly more
Q: What are you looking forward to most this season?
Getting to show the world how great this Utah softball team is in every aspect
Q: What is your favorite part about being on the softball team at Utah?
My teammates are a blessing. I would not want to play along with anyone else. I also love playing at home
Q: Where is your favorite place to eat in Salt Lake City?
The Dodo, because I go every month, sometimes twice
Q: If you could have a super power, what would it be?
Invisibility, because I would be able to sneak in anywhere and hide away in plain sight
Q: What is your favorite holiday?
Christmas
Q: If you could take three things with you to a desert island, what would they be?
A machete, umbrella and blanket
Q: What is your favorite food? Favorite candy?
My grandmother's chili relleno and anything chocolate
Q: If you could time travel, where and when would you go?
I would go back to the 50's for style and the 70's or 80's for music

Los Angeles Dodgers
Q: Whom would you like to see in concert?
Gwen Stefani when she was in No Doubt

The Devil Wears Prada or when Harry Met Sally
Q: What is your favorite show to watch or binge?
Sex and the City
Q: What country would you like to visit and why?
Any country in Europe, because I love world history and exploring new cultures and their foods
Q: What is your favorite place to play in the Pac-12?
Arizona State
Q: Why did you choose the number you wear?
16, because growing up I idolized Andre Ethier of the Los Angeles Dodgers

Needles
