Pro Day, Scrimmage on Tap for Week 3
Week three of spring camp will be a busy one with three practice sessions, including the first scrimmage of the spring, and the annual Pro Day. Practices on Tuesday and Thursday will be at the Eccles Football Center Fields, while Saturday's scrimmage is slated for Rice-Eccles Stadium. Pro Day is closed to the public, while all outdoor practices and scrimmages are open.

Camp Notes
Saturday's scrimmage will run approximately 80 plays and will be the first chance for the coaches to get an extensive live look at the new offense under offensive coordinator Andy Ludwig … The quarterbacks will not go live at all this spring … The evaluation process for determining starters and backups will continue throughout spring and fall camp and no jobs will be completely solidified until 10-14 days before the first game … Senior running back Armand Shyne and sophomore offensive lineman Mo Unutoa have left the team.
Utes to Host Pro Day
Utah will hold its annual Pro Day on Thursday, Mar. 28 and representatives of all 32 NFL teams will attend. Due to space limitations, Pro Day is closed to the public. Thirteen outgoing seniors have announced their intention to participate: Jordan Agasiva, Aaron Amaama, Anthony Armstrong, Corrion Ballard, Cody Barton, Jackson Barton, Marquise Blair, Lo Falemaka, Jameson Field, Matt Gay, Chase Hansen, Alani Havili-Katoa and Mitch Wishnowsky. Pro Day stations include measurements, lifts, jumps, sprints, shuttle and agility drills and position specific drills.
Coaches Clinic is Mar. 30
The Utah football staff will host its annual Coaches' Clinic on Saturday, Mar. 30 from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Spence and Cleone Eccles Football Center. The clinic is for high school coaches and others interested in learning more about coaching. Registration is from 7-8 a.m. in the Eccles Football Center Hall of Fame room on 580 S. Guardsman Way in Salt Lake City. Late registration will be at Rice-Eccles Stadium at 9 a.m. The clinic will conclude with a talk by former Ute and five-time NFL Pro Bowl wide receiver Steve Smith Sr. The registration fee for the clinic is $40 per person or $280 for a staff of eight.
