HUNTSVILLE, Utah – The Utah gymnastics program continues to raise the bar for the annual team photoshoot, this year traveling to Snowbasin Resort to serve as the breathtaking backdrop for this year's team poster and intro video location.
The annual photoshoot, which has earned the Utah gymnastics program national acclaim for its unique branding and creativity, took place on Saturday in the picturesque mountains Utah has to offer. Shooting at 9,000 feet of elevation, the Red Rocks were surrounded by a stunning snow-covered setting with low-lying mountain fog.
On a beautiful bluebird day at Snowbasin, conditions for the Utes could not have been more pristine for photos and video. The photos will debut with the 2020 Team Poster, as well as in the marketing campaign around Salt Lake City.
Building off previous photoshoots, the Red Rocks have plans to continue their epic tour of Utah for the 2021 campaign. Utah has previously held shoots at the Salt Flats (2018) and in downtown Salt Lake City (2019).
Fans can get the first look at the video and drone footage when the 2020 Intro Video is unveiled at the Red Rocks Preview on Friday, Dec. 13, at 7 p.m. Get a glimpse of Saturday's shoot
