SAN FRANCISCO – Utah Athletics was honored today by the Pac-12 Conference by landing 38 student-athletes on the Pac-12 Winter Academic Honor Roll.

A total of 304 student-athletes from across the conference were recognized today for their work in the classroom. Any student-athlete on his or her respective team roster with a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or above, and who has served at least one year in residence at the institution, is eligible to receive all-academic honors.

The winter academic honor roll includes student-athletes from men's and women's basketball, gymnastics, men's and women's swimming and diving, and wrestling. There is no longer a selection process to determine all-academic teams for each sport with any student-athlete who qualifies being named to the Pac-12 Academic Honor Roll during the season in which they compete.

Men's swimming and diving earned a department-high 13 spots on the list with women's swimming and diving contributing 11. Utah's Pac-12 Championship gymnastics team finished with eight honor roll selections with men's and women's basketball adding three each.
