SALT LAKE CITY—The University of Utah Department of Athletics launched a Year-End Impact Scholarship Drive on Giving Tuesday, December 3, with the goal of raising the value of 30 scholarships to support student-athletes by December 31.
Crimson Club members and all Utes supporters are invited to make a year-end gift to the Crimson Club Excellence Fund, which covers student-athlete scholarships. Year-end gifts will also be welcomed to a specific sport program's excellence fund, directly impacting the student-athlete experience through academic support, sports medicine, nutrition and mental health services.
Donations can be made on our campaign website by clicking
here. All philanthropic gifts to the Crimson Club are tax-deductible and matriculate toward 2024-25 membership benefits.
For every $100 contributed, donors will be entered for a chance to win one of five giveaway items:
- 2023 hand-painted Utah football helmet
- 2 passes to a chosen game during the 2025 Utah football season
- 2 floor seats to a Utah women's basketball game
- 2 front row tickets with hospitality to a Utah gymnastics meet
- 2 tickets to the men's basketball game vs. Baylor on Jan. 25, 2025
Utah's athletics programs continue to thrive in competition, the classroom and the community. In their first year competing in the Big 12 conference, Utah's volleyball team has earned a berth in the NCAA tournament and the women's cross-country team posted its third consecutive top-20 finish at the NCAA championships, placing 19th. The recent NCAA Graduation Success Rate announcement showed the Utes at a GSR of 95-percent for the 2024 report, which ties for the second-highest figure among power conference public institutions, and marks the seventh consecutive year with a score of 93-percent or higher.
With your support of the Crimson Club and Utah Athletics throughout December, you can help build champions and impact generations through scholarships.
