SALT LAKE CITY – A broken pipe in the immediate vicinity of the Jon M. Huntsman Center earlier this afternoon has created some impacts for fans planning to attend tonight's Utah Gymnastics meet against Arizona at 7 p.m.
The meet will take place as scheduled, with minimal alterations to the fan experience, which are outlined below.
- PARKING: All regular parking lots are open, and driving routes to those lots are not impacted.
- ENTRY ROUTES AND DOORS: All entry doors will be open, and all walking paths and approaches are open with the exception of those on the north side of the arena between Doors 3 & 4. Doors 3 and 4 can be accessed from the east, west and south. Please see a map here.
- RESTROOMS: Several restrooms on the arena concourse will be closed, but portable restrooms have been brought in to increase capacity, and those will be accessible near all arena doors.
- CONCESSIONS: All concession stands will be open, including grab-and-go stations, but with limited menus at stands 8 and 20, and no soda fountains. Bottles and cans will be available. Food trucks have been brought in and will be stationed around the perimeter of the arena, accessible from the concourse.
All other aspects of arena and meet operations are unaffected and will be fully operational for the meet. We appreciate our fans and look forward to your support of the Red Rocks tonight.
