Â
Utah will start the Alex Jensen Era at home inside the Jon M. Huntsman Center against San José State on Monday, Nov. 3, in a doubleheader with the women. The Utes are 13-2 all-time against the Spartans and 11-1 when playing them at home.
Â
The six-game homestand for Utah continues with Weber State on Saturday, Nov. 8, before welcoming in Holy Cross two days later on Monday, Nov. 10. Â
The schedule begins to toughen up for Utah as it takes the hardwood floor against three-time defending WAC Champion, Grand Canyon, on Tuesday, Nov. 25, in Palm Desert, Calif., for its opening game of the Acricure Series. Lopes head coach Bryce Drew has led GCU to NCAA Tournament berths four of the last five seasons.
Â
Depending on the results from Tuesday's game, Utah will then play Ole Miss or Iowa in the second game of the tournament inside Acricsure Arena. The Utes are 7-1 all-time against GCU (3-0), Ole Miss (2-0) and Iowa (2-1).
Â
Utah hits the road for its first true road game against Cal on Tuesday, Dec. 2. It'll be the first time since the former Pac-12 foes parted ways from the recent conference realignment in 2024-25. The Bears will return the game back in SLC for the 2026-27 season.
Â
Utah will then close out its two-game contract with Mississippi State on Saturday, Dec. 13, when the two duke it out inside the Delta Center. Â
Â
Eastern Washington will serve as Utah's final home game of the non-conference slate on Saturday, Dec. 20. It then hits the road once again for a Monday match-up full of headlines to start its home-and-home series against Washington (Dec. 29) inside Alaska Airlines Arena. The Huskies coaching staff under the direction of second-year head coach Danny Sprinkle features three former Utah assistant coaches in Andy Hill, DeMarlo Slocum and Tommy Connor. Connor played for the Runnin' Utes from 1985-90 – three seasons under Lynn Archibald and his senior season under Rick Majerus.
