University of Utah 2026 Commencement Athletics Recognition

A total of 98 current or former Utah student-athletes are set to receive their degrees as part of the University of Utah Commencement on Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 6 p.m. MDT at the Jon M. Huntsman Center. The University's 157th general commencement also can be watched live on Thursday at commencement.utah.edu/watchlive. Utah Athletics celebrates its graduates from Fall 2025, Spring 2026 and those expected to receive their degrees in the Summer of 2026.
Utah Athletics tied its highest Graduation Success Rate (GSR) in department history this past year for the second year in a row, registering a mark of 95-percent in the annual GSR report released in November 2025. That figure tied for the third-highest rate among all power conference public institutions. This marks Utah's eighth consecutive year at 93-percent or higher.
