Interact with your favorite Utah Utes and celebrate the kickoff of the 2026-27 competition year
SALT LAKE CITY – The annual Utah Athletics Fan Fest returns to Rice-Eccles Stadium on Saturday, Aug. 22, from 6-8 p.m. The free event kicks off the 2026-27 competition year and features activities and interaction with student-athletes and coaches from all of Utah's athletics programs.

Highlights for this year's Fan Fest include:
- Engaging activities for kids and families on the football field with student-athletes from each of Utah's athletics teams
- Open House in the Ken Garff Red Zone, featuring tours of the locker room and the Julie M. and David S. Layton Field Club
- Watch the first official performance of the year by the Utah Marching Band and Spirit Squad.
- Video board show featuring interviews hosted by Voice of the Utes Bill Riley with coaches and student-athletes.
- Utah Utes merchandise may be purchased at the Utah Red Zone locations and other points of sale on the field.
- Concession stands will be open at various locations throughout the concourse.
