Upcoming Event: Track & Field versus Oregon Invitational on April 17, 2026

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS MAY BE PROVIDED AT ANY TIME DURING A PROSPECT'S HIGH SCHOOL CAREER:
1. Camp Brochures: Information in camp brochures must relate specifically and exclusively to camp activities. Camp brochures must be approved in advance. Any follow-up correspondence may be sent only to individuals that have expressed interest in the camp and must relate exclusively to camp activities.
2. Questionnaires: No recruiting materials or correspondence may be included with the questionnaire.
3. NCAA Educational Information: An institution may provide educational materials published by the NCAA.
4. Non-Athletics Publications/Videotapes/Audio Tapes/Electronically Produced Information Available to All Students (e.g., Admissions, Student Services): May not be sent by or at the direction of any athletics staff member prior to September 1 of the prospect's junior year (or, for men's basketball, after June 15 following the conclusion of the prospect's sophomore year).
5. Responding to Prospect's Request: Staff members may respond to a prospect's letter requesting information from the Athletics Department **provided the letter's only purpose is to inform the prospect of NCAA recruiting limitations and the written response does not include any information that would initiate the recruitment of the prospect or information related to the athletics program.**

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS MAY BE PROVIDED ONLY AFTER SEPTEMBER 1 OF THE PROSPECT'S JUNIOR YEAR OF HIGH SCHOOL (OR, FOR MEN'S BASKETBALL, JUNE 15 FOLLOWING THE PROSPECT'S SOPHOMORE YEAR):
7. General Correspondence: Includes letters, e-mails, and postcards (issued by US Postal Service). Official institutional note cards may only be sent by mail (no unofficial note cards may be sent). Correspondence and attachments may only include black and white printed materials. Football correspondence must be prepared by a member of the coaching staff (not administrative personnel, graduate assistants, or operations directors).
8. Electronic Transmission: Facsimiles and e-mail may be sent to a prospect. A coach may also correspond with a prospect via instant messenger or similar means. Color attachments may be included provided the attachment does not include audio, video, or motion. Prearranged electronic correspondence or instant messenger is now considered general correspondence.

10. Publications (Athletics): A recruiting brochure or media guide (but not both) for each sport the school sponsors may be provided to the prospect so long as it has only one color of printing inside the cover.

Non-Athletics Publications/Videotapes/Audio Tapes/Electronically Produced Information Available to All Students: Official academic admissions and student-services publications which are available to all students, may only be provided to prospects by or at the direction of an Athletics Department staff member at this time.
12. Highlight Film/Videotape/Audio Tape: An institution may show highlight tape to a prospect, but **may not mail or leave the tape with the prospect.** The media may only contain material that is related to a particular event or sports season. Any narration must be related specifically to the event or season. No clips of other activities such as team travel, meals, entertainment, etc. may be included.
13. Black and White Educational Materials produced by the Academic Counseling Center, with the exception of the Student-Athlete Handbook (see #16).
