- 14th NCAA Championship in program history and 28th National team title in Utah Athletics history.
- Utah Skiing has won 3 of the last 4 NCAA Championships contested (2017, 2019, 2021) and was leading the 2020 Championships at halfway point when it was halted because of the pandemic; no champion was crowned
- Utah Director of Skiing Fredrik Landstedt wins his fourth national team title with three different programs (Utah 2019 & 2021, New Mexico 2004, Colorado 1995).
- Sydney Palmer-Leger, freshman from Park City, won today's 15K Freestyle after winning Thursday's 5K Classical race to give her a sweep of the women's Nordic races at the 2021 NCAA Championships.
- Raises Utah’s all-time total to 110 individual national champions, and 78 by the skiing program
- 32nd and 33rd by a Utah women's skier and 10th and 11th on the women’s Nordic side
- Palmer-Leger’s double marks the 12th time a Utah skier has won two races at a national championship event; first since Martin Bergstrom in 2017 (10K Classical, 20K Freestyle).
- Novie McCabe finished third today after her third-place performance Thursday to pick up her second All-America honor of the Championships
- Samuel Hendry finished second in today's men's 20K Freestyle after claiming third in Thursday's 10K Classic for his second All-America honor of the week
- Bjorn Riksassen finished 10th today and earned All-America for the second time as well, after finishing fifth on Thursday
- Utah won 16 All-America honors by 10 student-athletes at the 2021 NCAA Championships
