           Jennifer White is in her fifth year as the gymnastics chief of staff/new media director and her 13th year overall with Utah athletics in 2020-21. White handles a variety of administrative duties, including team travel, public relations and publicity appearances, charitable events and team summer camps. She is also involved with gymnastics ticket sales and fund-raising and the Dumke Center expansion project.
           In her role as the new media director, White oversees the gymnastics social media accounts and supervises the team’s creative content manager and video director. She also serves as the program’s liaison with the athletic department’s creative marketing manager.Â
           White stepped into her current role after nine years on the Ute marketing staff—four as the director—and has been a driving force behind Utah’s record-setting gymnastics attendance. Hired in 2008 as a marketing coordinator, she received promotions to assistant, associate and director of marketing.
           Involved with gymnastics her entire tenure at Utah, she also oversaw the marketing efforts for the Ute football and men’s basketball teams from 2013-16.
           Prior to returning to her home state, the Kaysville, Utah, native spent two years working in the Georgia athletics department. She was a UGA event manager in 2006-07, followed by a year in corporate sales for Georgia Sports Properties in 2007-08.
           White graduated from Weber State in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in athletic training and earned a master’s in education/sport management from Georgia in 2007.
           The former Jennifer Binkley was a Utah state all-around champion in Level 8 and 9 and later coached club gymnastics for 10 years. She is married to Aaron White. They have two sons, Kingston and Maximus.
