Dr. Jonathan Ravarino joined Utah Athletics in 2015 to start the Sport Psychology and Wellness office. He holds the current role of Assistant Athletics Director of Sport Psychology and Wellness and works primarily with Football and women’s Basketball programs. Prior to coming to the Athletics Department he started the Mindfulness Clinic st the University of Utah, which continues to assist students in learning meditation to help in managing mental health concerns. Dr Ravarino completing his graduate work at the University of Utah and psychology residency at Duke University (2007-2008),
Jonathan enjoys ultra endurance sports and completed the 2023 Moab 240 Endurance Run and 2015 Ironman World Championship in Kona, HI. Jonathan and his wife/partner, Harmonie, have 2 children.Â
