Upcoming Event: Football versus Cal Poly on September 6, 2025 at 4 p.m.

Elizabeth started in the Sport Psychology and Wellness office full-time in 2024 as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Group Coordinator. She works with the Cross Country & Track and Field, Swim & Dive, Ski, and Men’s Tennis programs. She completed her graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling  from the University of Utah in 2024, where she interned in the Sport Psychology and Wellness office. Prior to pursuing education in mental health she received a Master’s degree from California State University, Northridge with a concentration in Sport Psychology. Elizabeth started her career in athletics as a certified athletic trainer working in the high school and collegiate settings. This clinical background and experience helped prepare her to work with athletes in mental health and performance and fostered a special interest in the mental side of injury recovery and return to sport.Â
In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys hiking, running, paddle boarding, and camping with her husband and dog.Â
