Emilee Wilson serves as the Football Academic Advisor, bringing a strong foundation in collegiate athletics and student-athlete support to her role. She is dedicated to helping student-athletes succeed both academically and personally.
Originally from Esko, Minnesota, Emilee previously served as a Football Academic Support Intern at the University of Minnesota, where she supported student-athletes with their day-to-day academic responsibilities, helped coordinate tutors, and assisted with recruiting, orientation, and the guest coaches’ program. Before that, she was a Graduate Assistant Coach at West Texas A&M University, where she also competed as a softball student-athlete. A highlight of Emilee’s athletic career came in 2021 when she helped lead her team to an NCAA Division II Softball National Championship.
Emilee holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science from West Texas A&M University, with her graduate work focused on Sport Psychology. During her time there, she also served as President of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).
Outside of work, Emilee enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching her favorite movies and TV shows, listening to music, exploring the outdoors around Salt Lake City, and playing with her dog, Bodie.
