SALT LAKE CITY - The University of Utah Baseball team has announced the early signing of two pitchers for the 1999-2000 season. Jason Wiley is a right-handed pitcher from Bingham High School (Utah). Jeremy Webster is a left-handed pitcher from Dixie College. Webster and Wiley are from South Jordan, Utah.
