Women's Tennis Team Successful First Day of ITA Regionals

Tulsa, Okla. - The University of Utah women's tennis team completed the first day of the ITA Regional Championships.
Sophomore Whitney Eber was successful in the qualifying rounds and will advance to the singles main draw.
Eber defeated Carolina Ardilla of Southwest Missouri State in the first round (6-1, 6-3). She went on to conquer Brianna Williamson of BYU in the second round (6-3, 6-3).
Eber will join teammate Liz Ferris in the singles maindraw played tomorrow.
