- In the Top 25 polls released earlier today, Utah moved up one spot to No. 14 in the Associated Press poll and two spots to No. 13 in the ESPN/USA Today poll. This is Utah's highest ranking since coming in at No. 13 in the AP poll on Nov. 21, 2000.
- Utah has won 17 in a row, which stands alone as the second longest active winning streak in the nation. The U. entered the game tied with Pacific with 16 straight wins. Illinois has won 25 in a row to hold the longest winning steak.
- With 17 consecutive wins, Utah has tied the third-longest winning streak in school history. The Utes also won 17 in a row from Dec. 4, 1990 through Jan. 31, 1991. The second longest winning streak in school history is 18 games from Dec. 15, 1997 through Jan. 29, 1998.
- Utah won its 15th consecutive home game to take over sole possession of the 10th-longest streak in the nation. The Utes entered the game tied with Old Dominion for the 10th spot. Utah is 14-0 at home this season.
- The Utes have won 46 of their last 48 home games.
- Utah is 76-4 in conference home games that last 11 years. That record ranks second over that time to Kansas, which is 79-4.
- Andrew Bogut had his second consecutive 30-point game and the second of his career.
- Andrew Bogut had his 17th double-double to rank first by himself in the nation in that category. He was tied with Lance Allred (Weber State) and Paul Millsap (Louisiana Tech) for the top spot with 16 entering the game.
- Andrew Bogut had his 15th 20-point game of the season and his 14th in the last 18 games.
- Marc Jackson had his first double-figure scoring game since getting 10 points against BYU on Jan. 31.
- Utah has held each of its last 14 opponents to 60 points or less.
- The Utes have outrebounded the opposition in 22 of the 25 games this season, including the last 16. Utah is 21-1 when it outrebounds its opponent.
- Utah shot at least 80 percent from the free throw line for the seventh time this season and for the second game in a row. The Utes are 19-1 when they have more free throw attempts than the opposition.
