This Week: The University of Utah women's track and field team will compete in the Weber State Twilight Meet this Wednesday, May. 3. The meet will be held at Stewart Stadium at 3 p.m. The first women's event, the hammer throw, will begin at 4:30 p.m. The last event will be around 9 p.m.
Quoting Head Coach Kyle Kepler: This meet at Weber State is an excellent opportunity for our team to prepare for the conference championships. The Mountain West Conference meet is our main focus right now and this will be a good chance for our athletes to challenge themselves in preparation for it. We strive to improve each and every week so that we can turn in some of our best performances at the end of the season, when it counts most.
