COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO. - The University of Utah women's tennis team faced UNLV on Thursday for a 3-2 loss to advance the Rebels into the semifinals.

Emily Kwok and Cheyenne Reveche defeated Nikol Dimitrova and Linda Tempelfelde 9-8(2) for the only win in doubles play for Utah.

In singles play, Elizabeth Ferris defeated Elena Gantcheva 7-5, 6-4 at the top spot. Kwok also pulled out a win for the Utes at the No. 2 slot. The Ute faced Kristina Nedeltcheva for a 6-2, 6-1 victory.
