Utah Head Coach Jim Boylen
"We are very thankful for this win, this is a difficult place to play. We have had problems with this team in the past, they are athletic and quick."
"We had a pretty good first half, we were a little tired toward the end and we were in some foul trouble. But we trusted each other more in the 2nd half and it showed. We moved the ball around better and when we move the ball we are a good basketball team. Our guys were trying to do it on their own in the first half but we shared it and made more shots in the second half."
"I thought Carlon Brown was a catalyst for us in the first half and Tyler Kepkay did the same for us in the second half. We stress driving and trying to play to the second side. Our spacing was much better in the second half, it wasn't good in the first."
On playing SDSU for first place on Wednesday:
"This is what our league is all about. San Diego State is a quality team and they played tougher than we did last time. We didn't trust each other in that game. We have to watch that film and try to grow and get better for this game."
