-Shawn Glover scored a career-high 13 points on a career-best six field goals, including 11 in the first half alone. His previous career high was 10 scored against TCU, Jan. 9, 2010. He also added a career-high three steals and tied for the team high with seven rebounds, one short of his career-high eight, set earlier this year.
-Junior wing Will Clyburn finished the game with 16 points on 6-of-17 from the field and 3-of-4 from beyond the arc, hitting a career-high for 3-pointers in a game. He has led the Utes in scoring in all four games this year, in his first season of competition at the Div. I level. He also added five rebounds and two steals.
-Junior center David Foster finished the game with just one blocked shot, giving him 12 for the year and 132 for his career. Currently in third place on the all-time blocks list at Utah, Foster is chasing Mitch Smith, in second place with 157 blocks from 1985-89, and the career record of 205, held by Luke Nevill (2005-09).
-Foster has now blocked at least one shot in 32 of his last 33 games over the last two years and has blocked multiple shots in 27 of those contests.
-Junior guard Josh Watkins scored 15 points on 7-of-14 shooting. He has scored in double figures in all four games this year, in his first season of competition at the Div. I level. He also added five rebounds and two steals.
-Sophomore center Jason Washburn tied his career-high with four blocked shots.
-Senor forward Jay Watkins tied for the team high with seven rebounds.
-Utah fell to (130-93) all-time against Utah State, including a 50-60 mark in Logan.
- Utah head coach Jim Boylen now owns a 59-43 record for a .578 winning percentage.
