-Junior wing Will Clyburn finished the game with game-highs of 21 points and 10 rebounds, recording the first double-double by a Ute this season. It was the third time in five games Clyburn has scored over 20 points, while his 10 rebounds marked a career high. The junior college transfer has led the Utes in scoring in all five games this year, his first season of competition at the Div. I level. He also added two assists and two steals.
-Junior guard Josh Watkins scored 18 points on 5-of-11 from the field and 8-of-11 from the free throw line. The junior college transfer has scored double digits in all five games this year, his first season of competition at the Div. I level. Watkins also added a career-high four steals.
-Junior guard Chris Kupets scored a career-high seven points on 3-of-6 from the field, including a 3-pointer. He also tied his career high with three assists.
-Junior center David Foster finished the game with three blocked shots, giving him 15 for the year and 135 for his career. Currently in third place on the all-time blocks list at Utah, Foster is chasing Mitch Smith, in second place with 157 blocks from 1985-89, and the career record of 205, held by Luke Nevill (2005-09).
-Foster has now blocked at least one shot in 33 of his last 34 games over the last two years and has blocked multiple shots in 28 of those contests.
-Utah allowed ORU to shoot 51.8% from the field (29-of-56), the highest by any Ute opponent this year. The previous best by an opponent was 41.5% by Utah State.
-The loss is Utah's first defeat at home this year, dropping the Utes to 3-1 at the Huntsman Center in 2010-11.
-The game marked the first-ever meeting between Oral Roberts and Utah.
- Utah head coach Jim Boylen now owns a 59-44 record for a .573 winning percentage.
