-Senior guard Josh "Jiggy" was Utah's scoring leader for the third consecutive game, racking up 22 points, just two short of his career high. Watkins has scored 20+ points in two of Utah's three games this season and in the other, came up just one shy of the 20-point plateau with 19 at Boise State. Watkins has scored double figures in nine consecutive games going back to last season.
-Junior guard Chris Hines came off the bench to deliver a spark with a season-high 10 points, all in the first half, on 4-of-7 shooting, including 2-of-3 from 3-point range. He finished the game 4-of-10 overall with four rebounds and an assist as well.
-Junior wing Cedric Martin scored a career-high 11 points on 4-of-9 from the field, including 3-of-4 from 3-point range, his first 3-pointers of the season. He also added a career-high four assists.
-Junior center Jason Washburn was one rebound short of his second double-double of the season, finishing with 10 points on 4-of-6 from the field and 2-of-4 from the free throw line to go with his nine rebounds.
-Utah posted season highs for points (64), shooting percentage (45.5%), field goals made (25), field goal attempts (55), 3-pointers made (7), 3-point attempts (17), 3-point percentage (41.2%), rebounds (35), assists (14) and steals (5).
