Members of the Utah women's basketball team will be writing blog entries throughout the season. Today's entry is from Rachel Messer.
Hi Ute fans,
Just wanted to give you guys a quick update of how your favorite basketball team is doing this week. :) We had a tough loss to BYU last week. It's never fun to lose to the team down south, but they exploited a lot of our weaknesses, and we've been concentrating on those all week during practice. We had finals this past week but continued to work hard every day in practice.
As of today, we are FINALLY done with fall semester! We are really excited to get a break from school and be able to concentrate solely on basketball before we go home for Christmas. We have a game tomorrow against Texas Southern at 3 pm, and next Wednesday the 21st against New Mexico State. We'd love to see you all at the game, if not, Happy Holiday travels!
