-Junior center David Foster recorded four blocks in the game, lifting his career blocks total to 195. Currently in second place all-time at Utah, Foster trails only Luke Nevill, who holds the career record with 205 rejections from 2005-09. Foster has now blocked at least one shot in 51 of his last 54 games over the last two seasons and has blocked multiple shots in 43 of those contests.
-Foster also collected eight rebounds, tying for the team high, scored four points and made one steal.
-Junior wing Will Clyburn finished the game with a team-high 18 points, hitting double digits for the 22nd time in 24 games. He has now led the Utes in scoring 16 times. He also tied Foster for the team-high rebound mark with eight, leading the squad on the boards for the 16th time as well.
-Shawn Glover tied his career high of three assists for the fourth time. He also added nine points and four rebounds.
-Junior guard Josh Watkins led the Utes with four assists. He also chipped in seven points, four rebounds and one steal.
-Utah now holds an all-time record of 53-17 against San Diego State, including a 19-12 record on the Aztecs' home floor.
