-Utah's 21-point win (64-43) marked the Utes' largest margin of victory this season. Utah led by as many as 28 points in the second half, its largest lead at any time this season. ASU's 43 points were a season-low for the Sun Devils and a season-low by any Utah opponent.
-Utah opened the game on a 12-0 run that included a perfect 5-of-5 from the floor with two 3-pointers. Arizona State was held scoreless for the first 4:17 of the game before Chris Colvin hit a free throw. Utah then opened the second half on an 11-0 run. It took ASU eight minutes to register its first points of the second half as the Sun Devils started the half 0-of-9 from the floor.
-Utah shot 52.5% from the floor for the game (21-of-40), its best shooting performance in a Pac-12 game this season. The Utes also shot 52.9% from 3-point range (9-of-17), posting their season-best mark from beyond the arc.
-Junior guard Cedric Martin scored a game-high 17 points, including 15 in the first half alone. All 15 of his first-half points came from 3-point range as he tied his career-high five 3-pointers. He also posted four assists, three rebounds and a steal.
-Junior guard Chris Hines finished the game with 14 points on 5-of-9 shooting, including 4-of-6 from 3-point range as he tied his season-high of four 3-pointers. It was his seventh game in double figures this season and the 15th of his career. Hines also tied his season highs of five rebounds and two assists.
-Freshman guard Kareem Storey posted a game-high six assists and committed just one turnover, while tying his career high of 12 points, including 8-of-11 from the free throw line. He also made two steals and played a career-high 36 minutes.
-Junior center Jason Washburn scored 10 before fouling out, hitting double figures for the 12th time this season and 23rd time in his career. He also added six rebounds and two assists.
-Utah had four players score double figures for the first time in a Pac-12 game this season.
-Utah lead 38-21 at halftime as the Utes allowed their fewest points in any half this season.
