-The Utes have won four in a row at home, all by double figures. The last time this occurred was the 2009-10 season
- This was Utah's largest win against a Division I opponent since beating Southern, 88-48 (11/21/09)
- Senior guard Jarred DuBois led the team in scoring for a fourth time this season, finishing with 18 points on 5-of-10 shooting from the field and 6-of-6 shooting at the free-throw line
- Senior Jason Washburn finished in double figures for a second game in a row, notching 13 points and placing second on the team with six rebounds
- Freshman Jordan Loveridge was in double figures for the fifth time this season, adding 11 points for the Utes and grabbing five rebounds
- Junior Glen Dean was a "stat sheet stuffer" with an economical eight points and six assists. The diminutive Dean also led the Utes in rebounding with a career-high nine
-The Utes shot 67.5 percent from the field, their best field goal percentage in a game during the Larry Krystkowiak era (previous best, (62.7 vs. Willamette)
- The nine three-pointers made also equaled a season-high (9-of-23 at SMU), but the Utes were able to accomplish the feat on seven less attempts (9-of-16)
- Utah was able to out-rebound the Broncos as well on the evening, 31-18. That rebound margin matched what the Utes did against Wright State, as the widest positive margin against a D1 opponent this season
- The 30 bench points were also a season-best against a D1 opponent (previous high, 26 vs. Sacramento State, at Texas State
