• Utah snapped a four-game winning streak and dropped to 7-2 overall on the season.
• The Utes snapped a three-game winning streak to Wichita State and are now 7-2 all-time against the Shockers.
• Utah is now 2-2 all-time when facing the Shockers in Wichita, Kan.
• Neither team shot better than 41 percent from the field in the first half. Utah went 6-of-16 from the field, while WSU went 13-of-32. Utah was just 1-of-5 from the arc and WSU was 7-of-16.
• The Utes committed a first half-high 12 turnovers, while the Shockers tallied just one turnover. Utah finished the game with a season-high 19 turnovers.
