On the board, Josiah Purss put up a third-place finish in the one-meter event. He tallied a score of 385.50. Jacob Crayne took fifth with a total score of 367.10 while Connor Cain was 11th (282.55).
Amanda Casillas was 12th today in the three-meter event, coming away with a total score of 275.05. Lauren Hall was 17th (255.35).
"It was exciting to have Jake and Josiah both vying for a conference championship today," said Utah head diving coach Richard Marschner. "We were the only school with two guys in the top-five and it marks the third year in a row that we've had a medalist on one-meter. Amanda and Lauren did a great job to score points for the team and this was the highest finish either of them have had on three-meter at this meet."
