LOS ANGELES- Utah diving completed the final day of competition at the UCLA Diving Invitational.
"We finished a great invite meet with strong performances by Amanda, Lauren and Daniel," said Utah head diving coach
Richard Marschner. "Amanda had a great finals performance to move her up a couple places as she competed really well. We're looking good heading into the final few meets before Pac-12's."
On the men's platform,
Daniel Theriault just missed the podium as he took fourth. He came away with a total score 545.85.
Amanda Casillas was sixth on the one-meter, tallying a total score or 542.40.
Lauren Hall took 12th (490.55) in the event.
Utah diving rejoins the swimming teams next weekend for its final home meet of the season vs. BYU. Everything gets underway Saturday, Jan. 21, at 11 a.m. in Ute Natatorium.
