SALT LAKE CITYÂ - The University of Utah men's swimming and diving team is now ranked No. 22 in the nation by the College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA).
Utah is one of three teams that moved into the new rankings, along with Georgia Tech and Virginia. Of the six men's swimming programs in the Pac-12, five are currently ranked as the Utes joined No. 1 Cal, No. 3 Stanford, No. 8 Arizona State and No. 10 USC. Arizona was ranked No. 24 in the nation during the preseason and is currently receiving votes.
Utah started the season with losses to the Golden Bears and Cardinal. The Utes will take on another Top-10 team this weekend when it travels to Tempe to race against the Sun Devils
