SALT LAKE CITY - Utah's swimming and diving programs are nationally ranked in the latest College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America and CollegeSwimming.com polls.

The men are No. 19/21 and the women are No. 27/28 after a successful weekend at the Minnesota Invitational. The men have already competed against No. 2 Cal and No. 4 Stanford while the women have had a tougher stretch, going against No. 1 Stanford, No. 2 Cal and No. 11 USC.

The Utes have broken 10 school records already this season (nine swimming, one diving) and have two relays among the 10 fastest times in the nation (men's 200 medley, 4th; men's 100 free, 9th)

Utah is now on a winter break until January 25-26 when it resumes competition with the Deseret First Duel against rivals BYU at Don Reddish Pool.
